1896 Tavern

The 1896 Tavern is located on the first floor of the Francis-Ainsworth House. It is a 36 seat elegantly decorated dining room open to the public.

Lunch Served Daily
Tuesday through Saturday: 11:30AM to 2:30PM
Dinner Served Nightly
Tuesday through Saturday: 5:00PM to 9:00PM

Sunday Brunch 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM

We serve gourmet soups, entrée and deluxe salads, quiche, gourmet sandwiches, pasta and other hot dinner selections, and specialty desserts. We make and bake everything right here on the premises.

Outdoor Dining is available on the front porch.
Reservations and “To Go” orders are welcomed.

Banquet Menus are also available.
We have a selection of made to order items available including homemade cakes, pies and other desserts, appetizers and party platters.
